NOLA Coffee Festival has selected Alliance Expo Services as the event decorator and general contractor for the September 2023 trade show. Alliance provides convention services across the nation for many of the largest industry expos and meetings.

“We have selected Alliance for the excellent track record of working well in the New Orleans Morial Convention Center and for their attention to detail that will lead to a better experience for our many exhibitors and event sponsors. We wanted to make sure the industry partners would be happy, which in turn will lead to a happy experience for the festival audiences” explains Jim Currie, NOLA Coffee Festival co-founder.

Alliance Expo Services will provide the following:

• exhibitor service portal to streamline ordering
• exhibitor move-in (Sept 14) and move-out services (Sept 16)
• exhibitor freight handling and materials storage services
• event operations schedule in coordination with NOMCC and Festival Staff
• event furnishings for all exhibitor areas and the exhibit hall
• jurisdiction rules for all exhibiting companies
