NOLA Coffee Festival is an annual local coffee trade show held each September. While the two coffee shows are not formally connected, CoffeeFest has invited NOLA Coffee Festival to help coordinate participation among “local” coffee exhibitors. As such, our exhibitors are being invited to exhibit at the June CoffeeFest event under special discounted rates.
NOLA Pavilion at CoffeeFest
Ten booths (10×10) have been set aside as the NOLA Pavilion. These booths normally cost $2,950 in exhibitor fees. They have been discounted to $1,000 for friends of the NOLA Coffee Festival. You won’t pay us – you’ll pay the CoffeeFest organization for your booth. You’ll pay the convention center for electricity, water, etc. Kevin and I are merely coordinating the exhibitors for the pavilion area and perhaps some of the educational content/presentations being made. 2024 NOLA Coffee Festival
As a reminder, our local trade show event will be held September 27-28, 2024 at New Orleans Morial Convention Center. We had 2,000 coffee professionals attend last year and expect to double that number this year as consumers become a stronger part of our audience. Please contact Kevin or I about making an exhibitor booth reservation. Booth cost is discounted for local coffee companies who sample coffee. Likewise, we are also organizing the 2024 educational speakers program at this time.
