2025 NOLA Coffee Festival®

Please enter the requested size for your exhibit space/ booth and the requested location(s) along with your payment amount. Space is immediately available to returning exhibitors. Space will become available to new exhibitors after 2/1/25. If your requested space is a custom size or note shown below, please contact our executive management team to request your reservation.

All exhibit space is to be used Oct 3-4, 2025 at Ponchartrain Center in Kenner. Move In day is Thursday, Oct 2, 2025 (noon-5pm).

    Exhibit floorplan will be closed as of 8/1/24 and additional space allocation is not guaranteed after that date. Above prices covers cost of booth space as: piping, drapes, 6 ft table and two chairs. Additional service options available through the show general contractor/decorator Evolving Productions (New Orleans).

    Payment does not guarantee your placement or reservation. Your formal confirmation and booth assignment will be sent by NOLA Coffee Festival® in a follow up communication.

    All prices in US dollars. Please make payment is equivalent US dollars. Orleans Parish sales tax is included in the purchase price listed below.
